Madisun Silva was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. At a young age, she knew she wanted to help people, following the example of her parents, who were both State Troopers with The Tennessee Highway Patrol.  Madisun knew The Toll Firm’s reputation for helping injured people and made it clear to Ali that she was interested in joining her exceptional team.  When Ali reached out with her offer Madisun immediately jumped on the opportunity and hasn’t looked back since.

Madisun has a kind nature that always makes clients feel heard and welcomed.  She is proactive and intentional in her work, with a drive that keeps her busy assisting everyone in the office with whatever they may need. 

If Madisun is not at The Toll Firm, she is likely either at home working on her custom design/printing business, or out and about with the light of her life – her niece, Scarlett.
